Bump near piercing: You may have keloid which can appear with piercing and may difficult to get rid of and you will need to be seen to determined if this is your problem or something else. Dermatologist can help and treat this condition.

Nose piercing: It could be scarring. It could be an infection. You can have your nose evaluated by your physician.
