Safety uncertain: Such supplements, and similar plant products, are not real medications approved by the FDA. They are probably not tested for effects and side effects like real medicines are. That means nobody really knows what effects they have, how accurate their dosing is, and how true or false their claims are. If manufactured by a large national brand, the products' quality control hopefully is more reliable.

Suma safe; cama?: Suma has a long history of use as a general tonic in Brazil and is safe to take daily (though its safety in pregancy is not known). I don't know if it will directly help you bulk up but should help with energy and stamina as you work out. as for cama root, I am not familiar with it and can't find info. Do you mean maca root?
