Have pasty stool that can take a couple of hours to pass. increased fiber to over 100% daily and cut out almost all gluten. bulk improved, but still pasty. working to up h20 per day. any ideas?

CONSTIPATION: Aside from fluids, fibers, stool softeners, make sure to avoid bananas, apples, rice, tea and other food that make the stools hard to pass.

Change in bowel habi: If this is a change in bowel habits compared to your regular bowel movements, you should get help from a gastroenterologist. You might need a colonoscopy.
