"Relax"?: Without knowing what's actually in "relax, " it's impossible for us to say what would be safe or not. Something called by this name may have sedating herbs in it, so i wouldn't recommend repeating it beyond any instructions on the label. If having difficulty with anxiety or sleep, please talk with your physician. You may be having some side effects from your asthma meds which need adjusting.
