Not much: A random GH level is not helpful in diagnosing GH deficiency since for most of the day GH levels are low and there are spikes which last only an hour or 2. Low ACTH does not mean much either - it is high ACTH which signals an adrenal problem. Your symptoms do not sound like they are related to lack of pituitary hormones so not sure why GH and ACTH were ordered
