Height is more gene: Height is related to how tall your parents are. At this age you might not grow much no mater what you try. You should feel confident in who you are! Hope this helps! Thanks

No longer possible: No man grows after age 18-21. as growth can only occur while the growth plates at the end of your bones are active. Once the growth plates close (this is variable but almost always between age 18 and 21) it is impossible to grow anymore. Increasing GH production before your growth plates closed might have helped somewhat but at this point in time you need to accept that you are full-grown.

Waste of time: The mix of hormones that push you through puberty also tell your growth centers to close.Once they close, they do not reopen. Supplements in the US are not required to prove efficiency or promises of great results. They are not monitored by the FDA like a drug would be. You are welcome to spend money on these products, but burning the cash would be quicker and have the same result.
