Can I still grow?: You very well may get to this point. Some young men continue to grow in their nineteenth year. But, there is no medical option at this point to increase what your dna has outlined for your body height.

Unlikely to happen: At nineteen your growth centers have likely closed and you are unlikely to grow taller. If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist & hand can be analysed for bone maturity & tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth.Good nutrition, rest and exercise allow a person to reach their tallest height while the opposite will stunt growth.

Very unlikely but...: I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 19 yo's) then you've reached your max.
