I am a 19 years old male, is there even the slimmest of chances that i might grow any taller, i had a growth spurt of about two inches when turning 18?

Very little chance: Even when the growth spurt occurs later than usual, nearly all boys are done growing by age 19. If you have grown some since 18 you might get an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch but if you haven't grown in the past year you are done growing

Unlikely to happen: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends ; your bone maturity is 19 yo or older there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches.Medicines won't help if the growth centers are closed/finished.
