2 y o fever/vomitURT: . How high is fever? Can the child drink? May now have bacterial infection superimposed on viral infection. Keep fever down with tylenol (acetaminophen) motrin if not allergic( too high fever can have seizures), make sure can drink or take ice pops to keep hydrated. Follow up with doctor today call this AM
