Based on your symptoms, you very likely have a virus infection such as a Head cold, Flu or Covid-19. You should consult your family doctor in order to check you and further guide you. You could also get your Covid test done in order to be sure you do not have that infection which can easily spread to others in your family and immediate contacts.
