Not : Not sure. Many factor affect appetite. Inadequate sleep can increase appetite. I wonder if you are losing weight with this increased appetite. Try increasing the protein in your diet and eat the protein first in the meal. That cuts appetite by increasing the substance that increase satiety, satisfaction. How : How frustrating! you may want to ask your doctor to check your fasting sugar and Insulin levels (to rule out diabetes or Insulin resistance), your thyroid levels, and to perform a 24 hour urine collection to measure your cortisol level.
