Severe anemia such as faint, dizziness, weakness, breathlessness. hungry but i feel sick when i start to eat. assume i have celiac disease as bread makes it worse, negative fit test? doctor not sure, all tests i do come back fine? confused?

Your symptoms are not likely to be due to celiac disease and typical workup for anemia has to follow including upper and lower endoscopy, imaging, etc. a gastroenterology referral may be needed.
