I try to eat only 1,300 calories a day to loser weight. im always hungry because that's not alot. is it unhealthy or safe to eat this amount? i eat healthier but this amount doesn't seem to hold me.

Weight management: Please see your doctor and ask him/her about a low carb higher protein food plan. If you are healthy enough for that you will be able to eat more good fat, thus curbing your hunger. Peace and good health.
