Sinus congestion: Sinus congestion is usually felt in the forehead or cheeks. Do you have associated nasal congestion or nasal mucus? If so, irrigate your nasal canals with warm salt water to promote drainage. Perhaps you would be better off being evaluated by an otolaryngologist to see if there truly is a sinus problem rather than symptoms due to eye strain or muscle contraction tension type discomfort.
