Sinus: If you are not allergic, over the counter Sudafed is your best option. If the pain continues for more than 10 days, y should seek a physician to rule out a sinus infection requiring antibiotics.

Sinus congestion: Sinus congestion is usually felt in the forehead or cheeks. Do you have associated nasal congestion or nasal mucus? If so, irrigate your nasal canals with warm salt water to promote drainage. Perhaps you would be better off being evaluated by an otolaryngologist to see if there truly is a sinus problem rather than symptoms due to eye strain or muscle contraction tension type discomfort.
