Post nasal drip and junky cough in 3 y/o for 16 days, hoarse for 2 days. saw doc day 10 and day 14- no antibiotics. sinus infection? complications?

Consider allergy: If there is no sign of infection (green mucus, fever etc), I would consider allergy although sinusitis is still possible. Since you have already seen your doc 2x in 16 days, consider a 2nd opinion or consult an allergist.
