Yes: Whether you use a neti pot or simply drops of nasal saline, nasal flushing is helpful to drain sinuses and nasal passages.

Sinus: Has downsides to it including risk of infection if water isn't distilled or boiled, ear clogging and small risk of ear infections. Try saline spray and steaming of the nose with a little steamer or warm ahower

Excellent: I strongly advise the use of nasal saline or netti pot- you may want to get cchecked for nasal allergies.

Steroids: Neti pot use may not work in the setting of severe sinus pressure or inflammation. May need trial of oral steroids.
