Projectile vomiting: true projectile vomiting needs to be evaluated by a physician ASAP. Please call your pediatrician or go to a local pediatric urgent care or ER. Frequent spit ups and preference of being on tummy or being held upright may be related to reflux. Call or see your pediatrician today.
