Exam immediately: You should go to a medical clinic as soon as possible for an exam. Among considerations in a differential diagnosis are flu, food poisoning or even cancer. A complete history with a physical exam and standard lab tests are needed. The sooner you are properly diagnosed and treated the better your chances are for a full recovery.
