My 5 year old son complained of a sore throat last night. gave him 10mls of calpol. he woke up at midnight complaining of a sore throat and upset tummy. i gave him hypospasmol. now vomited and temp is 39.2 and he is sleeping. wil give calpol when up?

Question unclear: It is evident from the symptom pattern that the kid may have either strep A or a viral sore throat & should be seen & tested for it. The fever itself is less important but can be managed with ibuprofen or acetaminophen when the proper time has passed. Ice chips are often comforting for the soreness.
