All muscles are lean: Not sure what you mean by lean muscles as all muscles are lean, but to increase your muscle mass and reduce body fat, working out regularly. along with a healthy low-glycemic diet, will help. You don't have to work out every single day. I advise alternating intensive workouts with milder workouts, and it is reasonable to give your body a rest one or 2 days a week, but it is OK to do every day.
