Options: Take on some protien for rebuilding asap after workout. Can have smoothie with whey protien or other sources. Take Ibuprofen if needed. Use "the stick" or other roller across muscles to massage and relieve the muscles. Of course, there is always the massage. Rest is critical for rebuilding as is lots of water to maintain hydration. Keep up the workouts !
