Multi component: One key is supply your body with the rebuilding blocks it needs including hydration with water and well structured diet. Proper sleep also helps the body to recover. Lastly, light intensity aerobic exercise may increase blood flow and promote recovery. Nsaids may be used, but some degree of inflammation is needed for recovery as it is a part of the healing cascade of muscle/tendons/ligaments.

Options: Take on some protien for rebuilding asap after workout. Can have smoothie with whey protien or other sources. Take Ibuprofen if needed. Use "the stick" or other roller across muscles to massage and relieve the muscles. Of course, there is always the massage. Rest is critical for rebuilding as is lots of water to maintain hydration. Keep up the workouts !
