Hard work !: You have to do regular ( not once a month ) almost daily work outs , good balanced diet more proteins . You will get your muscle mass but not over night.

Protein: The first thing is to make sure your getting enough protein. You'll never put muscle on without that. You could suppliment with powder preparations as well.
