Be Realistic: I think "diets" are bad. Especially these severe ones. My experience is that the weight comes back and then some. The key to long term weight control is to not start a "diet" that can never be maintained, but relearn your daily "diet", forever. Cut out the carbs and between meal snacks. Limit the fast foods and sodas and most importantly...Get some exercise. This will work all your life.
