Tooth health: the visible portion of teeth, enamel, is 96% mineral, so its more of a case of what can you do not to damage it , as it wont repair itself. you know the basics, avoid sugary food, brush and floss 2x daily , use a fluoride rinse after brushing. and visit your dentist regularly. on the food spectrum , if its sugary and sticky and gets stuck to your teeth, watch out

Healthy food: Eating right can help you fend off plaque, periodontal disease, and gingivitis. The best food for the health of your teeth include cheeses, chicken or other meats, nuts, and milk. Also crunchy fruits (e.g. apples and pears) and vegetables. Hope it helps.
