Eatitng properly: Stay away from sugary foods we recommend a diet rich in fruits vegetables protein and grains. Taking supplements is very questionable at this time eating properly drinking water will keep your whole body in good shape not only your mouth. Stay away from fatty and high oil foods and daily exercise helps.

Shop carefully: In a grocery store, shop only the perimeter of the store. Don't be tempted to delve into the aisles--dens of carbohydrate iniquity! as for beverages, best advice i can give is to not buy anything that is advertised. Most of that which is heavily promoted is nothing more than variations of acidic sugar--most of which will destroy teeth. Must i add that tobacco is a not a supplement anyone needs?
