NO: The only vitamins one can overdose from are Vitamins A, D and E. One has to take tremendous quantities of these to overdose. Fruits and vegetables contain NO Vitamin A (only beta carotene, which we can convert to A but is non-toxic), no D and minimal amounts of Vitamin E. It is impossible to overdose on vitamins from fruits and veggies. In general, the more of these you eat, the better!
