V8 has NO Vit A: V8 does not contain any vitamin A. Zero. Vit. A only comes from animal foods. V8 does have beta carotene, which our bodies convert to Vit A if needed, but there is no toxic dose of beta carotene. So drink all the V8 you want, and continue your multivitamin.
