Eat real food: There's no good research that general multivitamins are of any benefit especially for those who eat healthy eg fruits & veggies often. Eating more protein is a good idea. Depending upon your health goals, aim for 0.5-1g per pound body weight. Look for lean protein, beans, egg whites, fish, chicken etc. You can supplement w/protein shakes but just as w/vitamins, there's no single best brand.
