Confusing: why would someone who needs the benefit of Abilify (aripiprazole) even consider smoking weed when the Abilify (aripiprazole) is (hopefully) to increase the clarity of your thinking and the appropriateness of your emotions?

Confuses recovery.: Not sure what your indication for being prescribed Abilify (aripiprazole). Compare your symptoms that you're seeking relief from with the effects of using cannabis. Then take these results to your prescriber. Be honest about your recreational or medicinal usage of cannabis. Treatment is a partnership.

Work for what?: Marijuana has many psychoactive effects, the research on it has been skewed due to political issues. It is difficult to say anything about it's dangers or benefits. If the MAPS organization succeeds in getting approval for clinical studies, we may find out a clearer picture. If you want to play it safe, don't use it with other psychoactive agents like Abilify (aripiprazole). Politics cloud the picture here,
