I have been in practice for 40 years. I have been certified by Boards in Integrative Medicine, Adult and Adolescent Psychiatry, Holotropic Breathwork and Transpersonal Psychology, Ayurveda [Panchakarma, Pulse Diagnosis, and Jyotish]. I employ multiple models in therapy--> Biological, Depth/Archetypal Psychotherapy, Family/Socialdynamics, Psycho-Spiritual/ Mindfulness-DBT approaches. I have been trained in Jungian Dream Analysis, EMDR, Ericssonian Hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, Yoga Therapy, and Holotropic Breathwork.
