Probably soft tissue: Assuming you have previously been healthy the source of pain is probably soft tissue irritation (ligament or muscle) causing muscle spasm in the neck. This can cause "referred pain" to your head and arm. A less likely cause would be a disc injury causing irritation or pressure on a nerve to your arm. The symptoms should go away soon, but if not please see your doctor.
