Muscular Pain?: Hi, your recent onset of symptoms and your age suggest that at this point the most likely diagnosis is that you have a shoulder/upper back/neck strain. You don't describe radicular symptoms that would suggest a neurologic etiology. Initial treatment after an H&P and imaging usually starts with NSAIDs and maybe a muscle relaxer and also some therapy exercises to see if your symptoms will get better
