Left shoulder pain increasing for 5 days. sharp pain. 8/10. hurts to lay or turn head .can move. neck, shoulder blade & arm hurt. what should i do?

Initial treatment after an H&P and imaging usually starts with NSAIDs and maybe a muscle relaxer and also some therapy exercises to see if your symptoms will get better
