pain in upper back, shoulder, neck down arm to elbow on left side hurts the most when turning head to the right. been 4 days. what can i do?

Muscular pain: Likely due to spasm of the muscles of the back It might be related to your way you sleep and the type of the pillow you use It might take a while to settle I would advise the use of pain killers, simple ones. Also hot shower or gentle messaging might help the pain and give more range of motion of the body.
