I have paid going up both sides of my head a little ways.up. i have pain severe on left side of my neck going diwn shoulder and into my arm. feels numb below neck and the bones hurt! i also have tmj. paid little ways diwn my spine . what can this?

I don't think these varied symptoms can be explained by one disorder as both sides of your body are symptomatic. Radiculopathies from bone spurs or bulging discs in your vertetbrae, especially on the left side of your spine. This wouldn't explain bilateral head discomfort,numbness below the neck,generalized bone pain. Spinal pain may be from diffuse facet arthritis of your spine. See an orthopedis
