Twa: Since you are still potentially infectious, it is only fair that you be upfront about this prior to intercourse just as if it were herpes and continue to take precautions. This is unlike chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphillis which can be cured.

Yes...: it would be honorable of you to tell them and be very truthful. I also recommend getting tested to determine the strain of HPV virus and to have the saliva test for HPV done also. (www.OralDNA.com) Certain strains of HPV viruses have been known to cause or be associated with several different cancers. Consult with your PCP.
