If the yellow body is in the right ovary, is there a chance for developing ectopic pregnancy on the left side of fallopian tube?

Yes ,even if the : Egg is released from the right and you have one tube which is on the left,you can still get pregnant.Thus the location of the tube doesn't affect your ability to conceive.Hence ,if there is a problem with the tube that is what would affect the fertilization and migrAtion location of the egg.
