Try you will succed: You still have left tube, many will have pregnancy after tubal pregnancy, you are slightly at a higher risk to have tubal pregnancy on left side also. Good luck.

Sex: Most people get pregnant without problem with only one tube and ovary. Because you've had an ectopic you are at risk for another. Be sure to see your doc as soon as you know you're pregnant so they can check for ectopic. If caught early, ectopic can be treated with medication, not surgery.
