Good: If you have a remaining ovary, and an open fallopian tube on either side, pregnancy is still possible. There is a 10 % risk that the subsequent pregnancy may be another ectopic.

If your other tube : Is normal then very good but if u were my pt i would make you get a hsg to make sure the other tube fills normally because u do not want to end up with another ectopic i assume u lost your left tube also as an ovarian ectopic is very rare, please call your gyn to be evaluated before you get pregnant.
