As long as you have : 1 normal tube, you should be able to get pregnant, but it depends what shape that tube is in, you now have a 1 out of 10 chance for another ectopic as opposed to 1 out of 100 for the normal person with no previous ectopic, if you were my pt. I would recommend an hsg if you do not have a history of pid because if the hsg shows normal flow u ahve a good chance if it doesn't then u are more at risk.
