Eight months ago i had my left fallopian tube removed due to an ectopic pregnancy. i get the sharpest pains in my left ovary and feel pressure. why?

Post ectopic pain: The pain may be due to a number of things including, ovulation or scar tissue(adhesion). Monitor the pain with respect to menses to see if there is a pattern. See physician if pain escalates or persists.
