Could be H. pylori: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type of bacteria that can live in the stomach and can cause stomach pain and other symptoms. H. pylori infection can lead to serious problems, such as stomach ulcers and even cancer, if it is not treated. PPIs will help symptoms but not kill bacteria. It can be detected by blood test and cured with antibiotics along with PPI.
