Does stomach cancer respond to ppi's or/and acidic food? i know stomach ulcers & gasritis do but was just wondering if this is the case for cancer ?

of course: Of course those meds and measures do not cure cancer. If your question is about the symptoms, many times they actually get ameliorated by meds and foods. But this is precisely the problem: people may minimize this way the (masked) (and sometimes only) symptoms and delay the diagnosis and treatment for years; which makes the prognosis worse.
