What is usually done when gastritis or a stomach ulcer doesn't heal within 5months on ppi (lanoprazole and omeprazole)?

PUD, Gastritis: First it is important to know that gastric ulcer or gastritis is due to h.Pylori or not? With h. Pylori the treatment is triple and not mono, like you mentioned with one ppi. You have to get egd now to see the status of ulcer/ gastritis . Sucralfate is added with regimen. If still no healing and bleeding episodes , the surgery is next option.
