Needs EGD: If you were diagnosed with Gastric Ulcer with EGD and H. Pylori was negative. Your GI sp. Must have given the proper Guide line. If you were given the trial of PPI for 3 months with the symptoms of GERD and negative H.Pylori Breath Test, and you are still symptomatic, In both of these scenerio, you need to see the GI sp. and get EGD . Also avoid Alcohol, NSAID, Aspirin and Smoking. Continue PPI.
