Doubt it: Hospitals take on substantial costs for anyone having a procedure, driven by paperwork and monitoring by outside reviewers in addition to room & personnel costs. The anesthesiologist went through 25 years of formal training as did the surgeon.They expect to be paid for their work just like you.I find it sad that anyone would expect "freebies" in healthcare for anything.Not a necessary procedure
