4 fillings 1 rct on wis tooth. jaw/teeth pain 3 wks. sharp pain from cold air/liquid. take ibuprofen and still a throbbing tingling. root canal needed?

Possibly: If the fillings were deep and the pain has not resolved, you may need root canal therapy. have your dentist evaluate.

Most likely RCT: The tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment and treatment. Do not delay.
