A member asked:

Tingling, throbbing, dull pain spreading through gums possibly from cracked tooth that received temporary filling, could this be serious?

It can be serious: See the dentist that placed your temporary filling. One of the reasons to place a tempory filling is to evaluate the health of the nerve of the tooth. Your symptoms indicate the tooth is not healthy and further assessment is needed to determine the best treatment at this point. You could be looking at root canal, crown or possible extraction. See your dentist ASAP.
