I'm a 17-year-old girl. i weigh 90 pounds and 5 feet 4 tall. i know that i'm underweighed. my weight didn't improve since i was 12 ( i weighed the same as today). my height also slowed down since i was 12. how should i eat or stay to improve my bmi?

At 17 years old, most girls' height velocity has leveled off and there will be little further gain in height. As to weight, it is more important to focus on a healthy diet with adequate nutrients. Moderate exercise is also an important component. Best wishes.
