A member asked:

According to my recent health check, my bmi is just over 29. i honestly do not have a problem with my current weight, and i exercise at least 5 times a day. how can this pose a risk to my health?

BMI: Remember that BMI is usually calculated using your height and weight and compared with others who have an average body type. There are many people who are active and fit with more muscle mass and so their weight will be a bit higher. This is not a risk for them, just a reflection of their fitness and strength training. Sounds like you!
