The facts do not lie: The healthiest BMI is 25 or less on the average. That is folks with this BMI are, on the average, living longer with a smaller part of their life living with heart disease cans maybe even cancer. So you can gamble with what you have or try to get down to 25. It is up to you. I call it the game of ”you bet your life”. Your choice. Simple in concept but difficult in execution.
